The signature healing workout—IntenSati

This year, New York City fitness instructors want to do more than kick your butt. They’re also looking for ways to incorporate healing—we’re talking mind and body—into their workouts.

Helping them do this is the Handel Group. The team of top-notch life coaches partners with the city’s best yoga and fitness teachers, creating mind-body workshops designed to overhaul whatever aspect of your life is lacking. They can help you jump-start your love life—or a new business.

One lucky Well+Good reader will win a spot at the Handel Group Design Your Year Event on Sunday, January 30. This one-day urban retreat with Molly Suggs and Hildie Dunn incorporates life-coaching exercises and a Sati workout, leaving you with a personalized set of tools to help you make 2011 your most-fulfilling year yet. The value of this prize is $150. If you don’t win, you can still get $50 off by entering WELLANDGOOD when you register.

My number one goal for 2011 is to be happy, both physically and mentally. 2010 was a rough year for me, but I am looking to make a change for the better this year!

My number one goal is to be more confident in myself and to live without regrets, which is why I am signing up for a marathon this spring! I’m not letting anything hold me back!

My #1 goal is to find balance and serenity in my life by placing more of an emphasis on work/life balance, exercise, healthy eating, friendships and my relationship. I am taking a much more holistic view than I have in the past in order to create a sustainable lifestyle that keeps me happy and healthy.

My number one goal for 2011 is to live a fearless life. I have been listening to the voice of fear too long and I recently have been able to witness the miracles that come from feeling the fear and doing it anyway. 2011: the year of fearlessness and expansion.

    cheers!

My number one goal for 2011 is to get out of debt – financial, physical and emotional. Because as soon as I can let go of all of that extra “baggage” I will be able to live more freely.

2010 Was a big year of accomplishments (I graduated from college, moved to NYC and started my first job), but in 2011 my goal is to focus on my health and wellness…that means eating more carefully, exercising with more intention, and generally indulging in a little more self-love. Thanks, Wellandgoodnyc, for prompting me to commit that to words!
