I’ve heard such wonderful things (in personal life and media) about Dr. Lipman and would love the opportunity to try out his cleanse.

Although there is always chatter about nutritional supplements, I use them in my almost daily routine to make sure I am getting everything my body needs. I don’t go for gimmicks, but doctor endorsed supplement systems such as this one and the Clean program with Dr. Unger seem much more safe and effective. Despite the fact that I eat a mostly plant based, organic diet, it is inevitable with our food supply, environment and city living, that I’m not getting what I need 100% every day. My theory is, why not? Often times I’ll put a supplement in my smoothie or make sure I am taking a multivitamin or omega 3 supplement everyday.

    Thanks Well & Good :)!

Nutritional supplements are a part of my daily routine after my doctor recommended me to them. Being in college and eating lots of take out and greasy foods takes a toll on my diet and my well-being. I’m incorporating a variety of foods and trying to get more of the nutrition I am missing through natural nutritional supplements. I would love to give this cleanse a try!

As a vegan, nutrition and supplementation are something I’ve had to account for in my diet. As healthy as my diet can sometimes be, it’s always a great idea to jump-start to more healthy! Just because you don’t eat animal products doesn’t mean you don’t choose unheathly habits! A cleanse would do my body good!

    Also a friend on facebook!

This cleanse sounds like one I can actually follow through with especially since I would still get to eat!

  7. January 17th, 2011 at 12:53 pm

I have actually been wanting to do a cleanse for some time now, and this one sounds perfect! I just recently started incorporating more nutritional supplements into my diet to make sure I’m getting the balance I need day to day. This cleanse sounds like a great way to start off 2011!

For the past year I have been taking a fish oil supplement and my skin has never been more healthy looking!

    Thanks for a wonderful giveaway!

fish oil and glucosamine have been mainstays for me; would love to do this cleanse!

  10. January 17th, 2011 at 1:43 pm

First and foremost I try to get what I can nutritionally speaking from the food that I eat. If there are elements that the body cannot produce or if I seem to be deficient in a particular area then I will look to nutritional/ vitamin supplementation. And one of the ways I view and incorporate supplements into my life is primarily by looking at what is going on internally by what is being expressed externally with regard to my body and note any deficiencies. For example, I look at the quality of my skin and the exterior of my body. Are there blemishes, discoloration, dryness… what is going on on the outside? I try to translate that and figure out which organ or organ system needs support from within. I also pay close attention to simply how I feel and whether taking a supplement seems to improve my well being in some way. It is very important to note which elements the body cannot produce and to make sure that you are receiving sufficient levels of those. I also try to only use plant based supplements that are easily accessed and absorbed by the body. And on a final note… I always try do my research, and Dr Lipman certainly is a wealth of knowledge on the topic. I truly value and respect what he has to share!

Beginning the new year seems like the perfect time to cleanse. Dr. Lipman’s sounds like a good way to ease in to a wintertime cleanse without the drastic reduction in food required by other cleanses. I’m a minimalist when it comes to nutritional supplements – fish oil and a multivitamin is all for me.

  12. January 17th, 2011 at 1:50 pm

I used to do cleanses regularly such as the Master Cleanse, Dr. Group’s Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse, Green Juice cleanses, ETC — I haven’t done one in a while because I haven’t decided which one is truly the best/healthiest for me right now (I want and NEED to do one very soon!).

Not only do I do these cleanses for my own health, but I plan do guide others on cleanses as well. I am a certified Holistic Health Counselor & want to specialize in detoxing & cleansing. Perhaps this may be the cleanse for me and the one I can recommend to my future clients!

I am also a huge supporter of high quality vitamins, supplements & herbs for optimum health. I have seen first hand, the powerful impact it can have on people’s health and well-being & think they are SO important in our everyday diet. The fact is…. our soil [and air and water] just isn’t as healthy/nutrient rich as it once was & not enough people pay attention to getting high quality food products. We NEED to supplement — and cleanse!!

Health & Wellness is the number one passion and priority in my life and I want to help as many people out there as I can!

  13. January 17th, 2011 at 2:18 pm

Nutritional supplements are as integral to my morning routine as eating breakfast. They form an invaluable nutritional boost to the day and, as a vegetarian, ensure that I get all the vitamins and nutrients my body requires without actually having to eat a piece of steak!

  14. January 17th, 2011 at 3:06 pm

I have been researching cleanses & would love to give this one a try!! I am going for a healthy & smart start to the new year~

  15. January 17th, 2011 at 4:06 pm

Without supplements, I would be fetal, catatonic, useless. In fact, after the past few months, I am feeling spent in every possible way. Rather than throwing handfuls of random supplements down my throat, I’d welcome the opportunity to try Dr. Lipman’s detox — which I’ve heard so much about.

  16. January 17th, 2011 at 4:07 pm

What a wonderful opportunity. I’ve used several cleanses but am up to trying a really good one. I hope I win.

  17. January 17th, 2011 at 4:09 pm

The truth? I don’t use supplements. I’m afraid of them. But I’ve heard great things about Dr. Lipman’s detox, so I’d be inclined to give it a try. Been feeling super low energy this winter.

  18. January 17th, 2011 at 4:09 pm

Thank you Dr. Lipman for coming up with a good produce. A cleanse is a great way to begin this year for me. Trying so hard to eat the right things but nothing seems right. I need a total cleanse and then a good nutritional support system.

  19. January 17th, 2011 at 4:32 pm

This sounds so much better (and more realistic) than most of the other cleanses out there. I would love to try this one.

  20. January 17th, 2011 at 4:37 pm

The Remove kit sounds like an excellent way to start the New Year, especially given the holiday treats. Combining the book with the product would be a great way to help me live up to those new years resolutions. I would look forward to the opportunity to try Dr. Lipman’s product!!

  21. January 17th, 2011 at 8:10 pm

I go through fazes were I am really good about nutritional support, but sadly I am not in the good faze at the moment! I think this would be the perfect thing to get me back to being vigilant about my nutritional support… and I have heard amazing things about Dr. Lipman.

  22. January 17th, 2011 at 8:53 pm

Supplements keep me balanced and energized! (when I take them!) and also help to boost my immune system when it is feeling suppressed. I have been wanting to do a really good cleanse- a win would be awesome! Thank you:)

As a former dancer, fish oil has been a staple I’my daily routine for years. It keeps my joints healthy, and has added benefits by making my skin and hair look healthy. I eat a very healthy, mostly plant based diet, but the real reason I would love the opportunity to do this cleanse is because I have recently decided to live a life of sobriety, and this would be an excellent way to celebrate my first month of 100 percent clean living. I had a bad relationship with booze and come from a family of alcoholics. My daily choice to escape stresses by finding solace in a bottlenof wine is no longer. I’ve made this choice out of self love and respect and i think a safe, doctor developed cleanse is an amazing way to celebrate my first. 30 days of sobriety, which will be next weds. Thanks for the consideration.

Nutritional supplements are an important part of my daily routine. Not only are they good for my body, they are good for my skin. They help me get all the nutrition I need for the day and give me more energy. Would love to give this cleanse a try. I’ve always been looking for ways to improve my health and well-being. Thanks for the chance to win this awesome cleanse!

  25. January 17th, 2011 at 10:40 pm

As a teacher by day and graduate student by night, I can easily feel run-down and lacking energy. Supplements help ensure that my vegan diet is complete and keep me going strong. Supplements help my body run its best, whether I’m helping my students, staying up late to write an essay, or stretching my mind and body at yoga. I would love to detox my body with this cleanse to recharge my body and mind!

  26. January 17th, 2011 at 10:41 pm

I’ve run the gamut with cleanses & cold pressed juices- Elixir, Organic Avenue, Blueprint, One Lucky Duck, The Juice Press, Cooler Cleanse, Healing Cooler and ABC Elixir Juice Bar- as well as done Dr. Ash’s Nutritious & Delicious. Dr. Frank Lippman is the missing link in my wellness circle of life. Would LOVE to clean my mind, body and soul the Gwenyth way!

  27. January 17th, 2011 at 10:48 pm

Tried Master Cleanse a few years ago and it was bad bad bad for my body as I am sensitive to sugar…would love to try something that is a bit more whole-body oriented. It’s January, perfect time for a cleanse!

  28. January 17th, 2011 at 10:51 pm

Dying to try this cleanse. I hope I win!

  29. January 17th, 2011 at 10:55 pm

Nutritional supplements make me look better and feel better! Would love the opportunity to try this cleanse!

  30. January 17th, 2011 at 10:55 pm

In regards to nutritional supplements, I take various vitamins to make sure I don’t get sick, especially during the winter months. Believe it or not, I’ve never tried a cleanse before. I’ve been leery to try one, as I’ve heard mixed reviews from friends. I’d like to try one that has worked well for others.

  31. January 17th, 2011 at 11:19 pm

ahh yay – i am really keen to try this detox! i have tried a few others and found them to be imbalanced and / or ineffective! have heard great things about dr. lipman and would certainly be lucky to have the chance to try the cleanse! :) :)

  32. January 18th, 2011 at 12:36 am

I have finally been better about taking supplements in the past 6 months, and am really noticing a difference. I am still navigating though and trying to find the right balance for me, and which supplements to ultimately choose for the long term. I have heard only great things about Dr. Lipman, so I would be so excited to try this particular cleanse. Thanks :)

I was so happy to see this opportunity to win a REMOVE cleanse. Thank you for offering it.
Dr. Frank Lipman and his wellness center are a shining light in our world.
I did two REMOVE cleanses last year and received amazing results.
I also did his REVIVE program and now I am continuing to enhance
my well being with SUSTAIN. The people at ELEVEN ELEVEN are
truly caring and compassionate. After just one week on my first REMOVE cleanse the dark circles that I had under my eyes since I
can remember began to recede and disappear. I can tell you I could hardly believe it myself and asked my friends for confirmation. Also the level of support you receive with this
product is heart touching. Dr. Lipman, his staff and entire community are truly generous in sharing their personal experiences with the products and in providing
supplementary health information should you have any questions at all.
Since beginning with these programs I have returned to healthier eating habits and feel confidently well-nourished.
Nutritional supplements have always played a prominent role
in my life, but before re-connecting to Dr. Lipman on Facebook I was always a bit confused about which to take and
how much of each. After reading his blog and personal experiences with
REMOVE I decided to try it. I continue with these products because I know I am in good hands and would love to be the recipient of a REMOVE cleanse. REMOVE is truly a great gift !

I have yet to hear of a cleanse that is gentle – I am intrigued to say the least! They are usually followed by strange bodily reactions (if you know what I mean) and weight loss mainly from dehydration, I am sure. I love cleanses. I think I will love yours. And I love that you are doing this. For the betterment of the planet. I want to say that there is a small but growing group of people who want to walk the straight and narrow for the benefit of both their body and their soul, unrelated to religious or philosophical belief – just – because it feels good. So here’s to feeling good – I am ready – bring it on!
