3 tips to cultivate positivity for better health
“Research shows that positivity is associated with numerous health benefits,” say Dr. Bornali Basu and Dr. Celesta Rivera. “And more good news: it can be learned. You can choose to be happy!”
And the docs want to show you how, at a lunchtime lecture at the Vanderbilt YMCA this Friday where they’ll present specific steps to donning some permanent rose-colored glasses.

1. Take the time to engage in a random act of kindness.
2. Be curious.
3. Practice gratitude.
