Disappointed to see the Bread and Yoga FREE programs in Inwood Hill Park are NOT listed! They feature Yoga Tuesdays, Capoera Wednesdays and Tai Chi Thursdays. Check http://www.breadadnyoga.com Starting on June 19 through end of August. There are also free classes- many types in FOrt Tryon Park. You forgot us guys way uptown! Inwood Canoe club offers free kayaking on Sunday mornings also.
