    As a personal trainer, I will really appreciate your post and tips, hope that people understand it and work on them. I’ve many people those doesn’t work hard on their bodies but keep asking me we are not improving. So I suggest them to find out why but they just don’t know how. :S

    I am extremely slender. Tone arms and fairly good shape overall. My biggest area is my thighs and core body. What ar the best tips for this designated area.
