Don’t be the only one at the office this week who doesn’t know which new fitness studio just opened (and is flooded with celebrities) or where that new vegan sushi hotspot is.

Exhale Spa announced it will debut its 20th location inside the Loews Hollywood Hotel on February 1. The 7,000-square-foot spa will have “seven spa therapy rooms, asteam room, a manicure/pedicure lounge, two co-ed Zen lounges, a well-being boutique, and a couples massage room with soaking tub.” But no Core Fusion or yoga—for now.

Women-only fitness hot spot Uplift Studios is changing its schedule to focus on its signature classesUplifting Strength and Uplifting-Cardio—as of February 18. The studio’s other classes will be discontinued.

Popular Midtown boot camp As One launched an on-going seminar series. The first talk in the series, “The 10 truths of As One” will take place on February 6.

Urban Detox Club is teaming up with Williamsburg’s new Brooklyn Bodyburn for a Valentine’s Day charity event. The night will include healthy snacks and smoothies, Prosecco, workout demonstrations, goodie bags, and a raffle.

The web series that wants to choose America’s next fitness star, Fit or Flop, premiered its second, splashier season on Wednesday.

Flywheel debuted Flybarre classes at its Miami Beach studio. Yet another hot and healthy reason to head south soon.

Turns out sweaty spirituality transcends workout disciplines. Hot Homegirl Yoga founder and Pure Yoga instructor Halle Becker joined the instructor roster at SoulCycle.

Blood, Sweat, & Cheers reported that the popular Spartan Race will bring its mud pits and barbed wire to Citi Field this April.

And have you been busy painting your nails? This week WWD reported that polish sales reached $768 million in 2012 in the U.S. That’s up an enormous 32% over 2011. Even Victoria’s Secret announced it’s about to launch a line of nail polish.
