Shake Shack is sending its burger flippers to every corner of the earth, and New Yorkers have literally gone mad for cronuts, but do not despair, healthy eater.

This week, New York saw an influx of healthy grab-and-go eateries that will make it easier than ever to score a superfood salad on your lunch break. And these are in addition to other recent healthy arrivals, like Mulberry & Vine and Ellary’s Greens and last fall The Butcher’s Daughter and Hu Kitchen. With all these healthy boites opening downtown, it’s getting harder to justify a lazy night of Chinese takeout.
