Creating a better energy bar was the original inspiration for the founding this New York City company, and when husband-wife athlete power couple Catherine and Jason Walsh discovered chia seeds, they knew they had their star ingredient.     Fantastic! I would also recommend honey butter, sweet potato butter and fruit butters from nuts.com.. they have a great range and tastes yummy!

    I really want to try the chia-peanut butter! It looks so good, and I adore chia seeds. We’ve been making our own granola lately (using this recipe http://www.plinnovations.com/healthy-homemade-granola-recipe/) and it is so good with sliced banana and nut butter as a snack.

    I would recommend cashews. Cashews are better than Peanuts. Cashews are healthier than peanuts. Glad to see the pictures of spoon for the next generation nut butters.

    I’ve never had nut butter myself though when I look at this I’m not really sure why. It sounds good (since I love all different kinds of nuts) and it looks good too. Not to mention the fact that you can use these on just about anything to add even more flavor and a health factor as well. Can’t wait to try them out.
