Recipe: Cucumber Watermelon Smoothie

It’s made with a super refreshing blend of coconut water, cucumber, and watermelon for immediate thirst-quenching and electrolyte-replenishing. And dinosaur kale toughens it up by adding fiber and the flood of antioxidants and nutrients we depend on super greens for.

1 small organic cucumber
1 cup frozen watermelon
2 leaves of organic dinosaur (also called Lacinato and Tuscan) kale
1/2 a lime
7 leaves of fresh mint
