Most mornings I wake up around 7 a.m. to find my son getting into our bed for a quick cuddle session before breakfast. He is a gigantic 9-year-old who still loves to cuddle!

When the kids were very young my husband Simon (co-founder and CEO of Sweaty Betty) and I made a pact that he would be in charge of breakfast for the family, while I make everyone a smoothie. My favorite smoothie is usually made with spinach, frozen berries, chia seeds, and avocado. Breakfast with the family includes poached eggs or Greek yogurt with this amazing seeded honey I bought from Gjusta last time I was in Los Angeles.

Around 7:30 a.m. I shower, make myself a hot water and lemon, and start my morning beauty routine, which is fairly minimal and quick. I use StriVectin moisturizer followed by Laura Mercier hydrating primer and tinted moisturizer for a simple natural glow.

At 8 a.m. I am out the door! Monday through Wednesday I cycle to and from the Sweaty Betty office wearing our Zero Gravity leggingsbest bum-sculpting leggings ever! It’s the greatest way to start the day, and also gives me time to decompress before I get home. If I’m not cycling to work, I will squeeze in a class at London fitness studio Barrecore or go swimming before heading in to work.

After working out I quickly change when I arrive at the office. I like to mix some of my favorite Sweaty Betty styles like the Sono Luxe pants with labels such as Cos and my favorite white Acne Adriana sneakers.
