Tom Brady is all about wellness. The superstar NFL quarterback is known for his super-healthy home life with wife Gisele Bundchen, as well as his own line of vegan snacks—and now he wants to make bed time better, with a new sleepwear collaboration with Under Armour that's designed specifically to help athletes (like yourself!) catch enough ZZZs.

Announced today at CES, the electronics convention going on right now in Las Vegas, the brand revealed its new (and first) Sleep & Recovery System, a sleepwear line created in collaboration with TB12, Brady's wellness line, and a new UA Record app update that helps to promote both healthy sleep and athletic performance.

“I firmly believe that sleep and recovery are critical aspects of an effective and holistic training program.” —Tom Brady

“I firmly believe that sleep and recovery are critical aspects of an effective and holistic training program,” Brady said in a statement. “Proper sleep has helped me get to where I am today as an athlete and it is something that I continue to rely on every day.”

The sleepwear uses far infrared technology (which is designed to reduce inflammation) when it's against your skin, which is said to help you sleep better.

"You can only work out as hard as your ability to recover," Brady says in a promotional video. (We agree! Making recovery a priority is one of the biggest wellness trends we're predicting for 2017.) "To be able to rebuild my body with a good night of sleep is so important to be able to continue to play football at a very high level."

The UA app is designed to let you set sleep goals and give you an understanding of your sleep habits. Combined with the Athlete Recovery Sleepwear, you'll ideally become a sleep champ in no time. And once you're getting a solid eight hours, here's some serious bedroom design inspo to help you create your own Insta-ready sanctuary.
