Mandy Moore's wellness warrior habits are healthy gal goals: The actress and singer uses CBD to make her shoes extra comfy, carries a tiny jar of coconut oil wherever she roams, and isn't afraid to talk out sticky situations. So it makes sense that when she renovated her freshly purchased $2.6 million abode in Pasadena, Moore put a heavy focus on high-vibe home decor.

Fortunately for those dying for a sneak peek at her new digs (present!), A Walk to Remember's leading lady gave Architectural Digest a tour of her California dwelling, which she said was specially designed to suit "the next chapter" of her adult life with her fiancé and pets. So grab a bag of spirulina-sprinkled popcorn and kick back for the healthy-home tour of a lifetime (mountain vistas included).

Originally built in 1950, the house has a foyer with its original brick and a copper hood that Moore says inspired a metal theme throughout the space, seen in small touches like the brass inlay of the tile floors and copper-topped coffee tables. The texture combination gives the house a classic, yet refined, look that's accented by Moore's mesmerizing artwork picks that highlight the nature around her—one being a gorgeous, neutral-hued photo of the mountains. Another major theme throughout? An open-concept layout. "Nothing about this house feels formal," says Moore in the video. "I love that everything still feels so open. There's not, like, a ton of separation between sort of main living areas," she says.

Perhaps the best features of Moore's wellness center, though, are the sizable windows and skylights that allow the sunshine to pour into the house, highlighting everything from the blush-hued dishware to the marble kitchen island, and her forest-green velvet bedroom wall (the fabric is known for its cozy, hygge-inducing vibes). And, of course, the view of her gigantic outdoor pool overlooking the Pasadena mountains isn't too shabby either.
