Lively’s CEO Shares the Exfoliating Scrub That Totally Changed Her Morning Shower

If you want to know how to max out self-care while minimizing time spent at the sink, ask a CEO for their beauty tips. One like Lively's Michelle Cordeiro Grant, for instance, just scored a big-time investment to grow her buzzy start-up intimates brand, Lively. And on top of that she essentially created a cross-category hybrid of lingerie and athleisure (aptly dubbed "leisurée" for the uninitiated), which does for ill-fitting, uncomfy bras what leggings did for skinny jeans. And that's probably why her brand is heralded by A-listers  Khloe Kardashian and Gigi Hadid.

So, yeah: Time is not in surplus, but as I pepper her for her favorite beauty products, I find that she doesn't skimp on self-care. A shower hero? Yep, she's got one. A hydrosol to boost moisture and dewiness in skin. Sure! Eye masks to hide less those nights with than 8-hours of sleep? But of course! These are the products that Cordeiro Grant swears by, so that she can keep creating the comfiest bras around.
