There was no shortage of bodies on display Sunday night at the MTV Music Video Awards, but of all the near-naked celebs in attendance, no one got people talking quite like Teyana Taylor, who stars in Kanye West’s new music video, Fade.

Taylor may be dancing around in a thong and sports bra in the video, but it turns out that she doesn’t spend much time around gym equipment in real life. She’s not obsessing over squats, not going hard on the treadmill, and doesn’t spend her mornings at SoulCycle. For Taylor, who gave birth last year and is engaged to NBA player Iman Shumpert, hitting the gym is not her priority. (Take that haters, who expect new moms to spend all their time figuring out how to get their pre-baby body back.)

Okay, but she must do something, right? Right?! “Dancing is my workout,” she tells E! News. “I almost feel like dance is so underrated in the fitness world.” And no, she isn’t starving herself either. “I eat everything,” she says in a video captured by TMZ. “Twinkies and all sorts of good [stuff],” she says. It would almost be annoying if it wasn’t so darn refreshing.
