DIGITAL PRODUCER

WellandGood.com, the online publication obsessed with your health and wellness, has an opening for a Digital Producer to join our growing team.

In this position you will work directly with Well+Good’s founders and closely with all parts of the organization to build impactful digital solutions for Well+Good and its advertising partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital innovation—hungry to push the envelope on new products and functionality—and eager to grow their career in digital production / product development.

Day-to-Day:

• Project manage the development and execution of custom integrated digital solutions for partners and advertisers

• Work with all departments (e.g. Editorial, Sales, Marketing, Creative Services) to define and innovate ongoing product features, functionality, and enhancements

• Write product requirements, create wireframes, and manage the product development process from concept-testing, to launch, to post launch-testing

• Manage multiple ongoing product development projects across multiple platforms, including web, social platforms, mobile, applications, and video

• Project manage with internal and external team members, tech vendors, and designers to execute projects

• Create detailed timelines and manage team to hit key deadlines required to launch products in a timely and resource efficient way

• Be ready to flex your organizational talents to produce offline live events in addition to online campaigns. Well+Good is well known for events.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 3-4 years experience in digital production / project management
• Wireframing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Accurate and thorough
• Incredibly organized
• An ace at prioritization
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills–written and verbal
• Enjoy problem solving
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams
• Fast learner
• Curious, interesting and interested in the world of online publishing and digital innovation
• A pro with computers (Mac experience preferred), including word processing (Google Docs and/or Word), spreadsheets (Google Docs and/or Excel) and general Internet savvy
• Balsamiq, Google Analytics, MailChimp, WordPress and Adobe Suite experience a plus (not required)
• A context for healthy living and the wellness scene is ideal (you speak Barry’s Bootcamp, Flywheel, and Juice Press)

INTEGRATED CONTENT AND SPECIAL PROJECTS EDITOR

Location: Well+Good Headquarters in Soho, Manhattan, New York

WellandGood.com, the online publication obsessed with your health and wellness, has an opening for an Integrated Content and Special Projects Editor to join our growing team.

In this position you will work directly with Well+Good’s founders and closely with all parts of the organization to craft and write integrated content programs for Well+Good and our advertising partners.

This is an ideal/exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about writing, integrated marketing, and wellness and is looking to grow a career in digital publishing.

Day-to-Day:

• Work with the sales and the creative services teams to develop and create/write custom content programs for advertisers

• Write and edit copy for advertising and Well+Good marketing programs including dedicated emails, sponsored posts and partner listings

• Work closely with the editorial and creative services team to define and develop social media programs for both editorial campaigns and advertising clients

• Develop and manage other special editorial projects as prioritized by the company

• Minimum 5+ years experience as an editor/writer and/or copywriter at a fast-paced journalistic website or publication
• A context and a passion for healthy living and the wellness scene is ideal (you speak Barry’s Bootcamp, Flywheel, and Juice Press)
• Experience creating and managing special projects
• Experience working directly with high-profile advertisers and/or interview subjects
• You produce quality content quickly, and with wit and sophistication
• Ability to inspire readers in written and verbal form, represent Well+Good on panels, at reader events, etc.
• Incredibly diligent and self-motivated and wants to contribute
• Stickler for deadlines and detail-obsessed
• Critical thinker
• Accurate, thorough, and Incredibly organized
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams and an ace at prioritization
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills—written and verbal
• Curious, interesting and interested in the world of online publishing and digital innovation
• Mac experience preferred, as well as knowledge of WordPress or other CMS, Google Analytics, SEO tools, MailChimp or similar email program, Google Docs, Excel, and general Internet savvy
• Photoshop and Adobe Suite experience a plus (not required)
