Courtney Boyd Myers
Courtney Boyd Myers is the CEO and CMO of AKUA. She is an entrepreneur, environmentalist, and writer. Prior to launching AKUA, she helped build the Summit Community, a global network of founders, creatives, and innovators. Previously, she helped market companies such as Four Sigmatic and Unframed Ice Cream. She began her career as a journalist at Forbes Magazine and The Next Web and has been recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business. She currently serves as an advisor to GreenWave.
David Breslauer, PhD
David Breslauer, PhD, leads technology innovation at Bolt, creating and incubating biomaterials for improved consumer products. His obsession with biomaterials began with graduate research on silk during his Bioengineering PhD at UC Berkeley and UCSF. David has an orange belt in Krav Maga and is a great admirer of stencil graffiti.
Ashley Carter, RD, LDN
Ashley Carter, RD, is the co-founder of EatWell Exchange, a nonprofit that teaches low socioeconomic communities of color how to eat their cultural foods in a healthier way. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in dietetics and minor in religion. Carter is currently pursuing her masters in clinical nutrition with a focus in health information and technology.
Jen Cotter
Jennifer (Jen) Cotter joined Peloton as Chief Content Officer in May 2019 and oversees all things content and production for the world’s largest interactive fitness platform. With more than 25 years of experience in the content and television space, Jen oversees a team that produces classes across Peloton’s fitness disciplines, including indoor cycling, running, bootcamp, walking, strength, stretching, cardio, yoga and meditation—all streamed from our broadcast studios in NYC and London. Jen oversees a team that has collectively won 11 Emmys throughout their individual careers, with one coming from her work with HBO and The Late Show with David Letterman. Jen previously founded a branding agency, JJB Collective, and later went on to become the Chief Marketing and Content Officer at Procaps Laboratories. Earlier in her career, she served as EVP of Content, Television and Programming for HSN. Prior to that, she was SVP of Development for Oxygen Media. Jen lives in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
Maya Feller, MS, RD, CDN
Maya Feller, MS, RD, CDN of Brooklyn-based Maya Feller Nutrition is a registered dietitian nutritionist who is a nationally recognized nutrition expert. In her practice, she provides medical nutrition therapy for the management of and risk reduction of non-communicable diseases. Feller received her Masters of Science in clinical nutrition at New York University. She believes in providing nutrition education from an anti-bias patient-centered, culturally sensitive approach. Feller is dedicated to promoting nutrition education that helps the public to make informed food choices that support health and longevity.
Elizabeth Gazda
Elizabeth Gazda is the CEO of Embr Labs, a Boston-based wearables company that developed the Embr Wave – a wrist-worn, thermal haptic that improves sleep, relieves anxiety and helps with hot flashes. Prior to Embr Labs, Liz was a member of several founding teams in media, advertising, fintech and music technology. Elizabeth has also held executive positions at a number of Boston’s fastest growing companies, including ATG, and began her career with Philips in the Netherlands, where she was responsible for driving innovation in several divisions at global scale. Elizabeth is a graduate of UC Berkeley and holds an International MBA from Nijenrode University in the Netherlands.
Lia Heifetz
Lia Heifetz is a lifelong Alaskan. Before co-founding Barnacle Foods, she worked for six years on sustainable community development and food security in partnership with rural Indigenous communities around Southeast Alaska. Today, she is motivated to build Barnacle Foods as a tool for positive change. When she’s not working, you can find her enjoying the wild outdoors near her home — fishing, hunting, harvesting wild foods, and sizzling theses harvests over a cast iron to share with friends.
Maeva Heim
Having spent much of her upbringing immersed in the world of natural hair care and styling within her mother’s hair braiding shop in Perth, Australia, it is no surprise that Maeva Heim embarked on a career in the beauty industry, where she quickly realized was not inclusive of her and many others who looked like her. With the long-awaited birth of BREAD in July 2020, Heim has reimagined the complex and often time-consuming textured hair routine because she wants her customer to spend less time on wash day, and more time on literally anything else. She launched BREAD with the mission to drive the industry towards a more diverse future and provide better experiences and products for women of color, specifically, Black women.

Mohammed Iqbal is the founder and CEO of Sweatworks. Since its inception in 2012, SweatWorks has grown from a single fitness app company to a multi-faceted, multi-discipline, digital agency with offices around the world. Mohammed has been an invited speaker at leading event and fitness conferences around the world such as, CES, Running USA, Mass Participation Asia, and Fit Tech Summit.
Danielle Jezienicki
Danielle Jezienicki is the Director of Sustainability for Grove Collaborative. Previously, Danielle served as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. where she supervised ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives for the company and its West Coast brands. Long inspired by the possibilities of sustainability-first consciousness provide, she was an Impact Analyst for four years at Sonen Capital, an investment firm that prioritizes socio-environmental outcomes in conjunction with financial returns. She holds an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School and BA from Brown University. Beyond work, you’ll find her outside with her son and husband, often indulging in snow and sun-soaked adventures in San Francisco’s surrounding hills and beaches; or taking some time to listen to her favorite podcasts.
Tiffany Jow Libby, MD
Dr. Tiffany J. Libby, MD FAAD FACMS is a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. She is the Director of Mohs Micrographic & Dermatologic Surgery at Brown Dermatology in Rhode Island. Dr. Libby is dual fellowship-trained in both Mohs/skin cancer surgery and laser and cosmetic procedures, and is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Brown University Warren Alpert School of Medicine. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS), and an active member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) as well as the Women’s Dermatologic Society (WDS).

Dani Pascarella, CFP
Dani Pascarella is a Certified Financial Planner and earned a B.A. and M.A. in International Business from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University. She previously worked on Wall Street where she managed money for ultra high net worth individuals with at least $25 million in investable assets. While working on Wall Street, Dani became painfully aware of the wealth gap in America and left to democratize financial education in our country by launching OneEleven.

Laurentia Romaniuk is Instacart’s Trends Expert. In her current role, she is passionate about managing Instacart’s grocery catalog, which features 2.8 billion grocery items from more than 700 national, regional and local retailers, including unique brand names. Neel Shah, MD, MPP, FACOG, is chief medical officer of Maven Clinic, the largest virtual clinic for women’s and family health, and assistant professor of bbstetrics, gynecology and reproductive biology at Harvard Medical School. He is the co-founder of the March for Moms Association, a coalition of more than 20 leading organizations dedicated to increasing public and private investment in the well-being of mothers. Dr. Shah serves on the advisory board of the National Institutes of Health, Office of Women’s Health Research.
