When we say this is the perfect hoodie, we mean it. Soft, baggy (but not too baggy), this sweatshirt has adjustable drawstrings, a high-neckline to keep you warm, a cool, smocked trim, and thumbholes so you can keep wrists toasty even while you’re texting. The Snood Mood sweater is great for lounging inside the house, and isn’t so thick that it can’t be layered with your puffer while you’re outdoors. Like we said, it’s perfect.

If it’s good enough for Queen Oprah Winfrey, it’s good enough for us. These Oprah-beloved leggings are squat-proof, high-rise, and come with pockets. You can wear them wherever and whenever you want, but they’re especially great for high-impact workouts, since the compressive design means these won’t budget no matter how many lunges or mountain climbers you do. They’re also sweat-wicking, so you don’t have to stress about swamp crotch, and they’re sheer-proof, so nobody has to see your undies while you’re getting that nice calf stretch in downward dog.

Sizes available: XS-2X
Not only is this gorgeous silk set machine-washable, but it’s also thermoregulating to help keep your body at a comfortable temp at night (even if you run hot). The slits on the sides are giving ~sultry~ while the top is a classic tank fit with wide straps, so it won’t fall off when you toss and turn. In 2023, our pajamas must be cute *and* comfortable, and these fit the bill. While we can’t resist a scarlet set, Lunya offers seven other pretty shades.

True to its name, this thong is so dang soft, you’ll forget you’re wearing it. The 360-degree stretch and durable fabric (no tears after just five wears—we can attest to that) will make you wish all your underwear could be this good (which is why we recommend doing the five for $45 deal—you’ll thank yourself later). And if you don’t trust us, trust the near-5,400 stellar reviews.

We are done with uncomfortable, wire-digging-into-skin bras. No matter how cute they are—no more! Luckily, with Knix Revolution Bra, you don’t even have to choose between comfort and style—it’s got both. Thanks to the brand’s proprietary IntegraForm wireless support, your boobs get the lift they need for everyday wear. The special BeyondSmooth fabric feels buttery soft (there have been nights we’ve definitely almost forgotten to take off our Revolution Bra, and that’s saying something). And the colors and patterns to choose from are really pretty to look at.

If you’re the type of person who absolutely must carry all the things in their bag at all times while still looking put together (and not having to resort to a backpack), this bag was designed for you. It’s gigantic (14.5” by 15”) without looking cartoonish, made with vegan leather that actually looks like real leather, and has the perfect amount of pockets for small items you need right away (your lip balm, car keys, etc.). Our favorite feature? The magnetic closure, which means it auto-closes while being worn, so you don’t have to worry about stuff falling out. It’s a splurge—for sure—but if you’re in the market for a high-end bag, we can’t recommend this well-designed beauty enough.
Or if you want to carry some color, treat yourself to Rothy’s new Lightweight Tote that comes in a rainbow of stunning hues. Just like the brand’s beloved shoes, these bags are tote-ally washable, so if you spill your coffee on your way to the gym or the eggs crack inside it when you’re grocery shopping, you can pop it in the wash and it’ll be good as new. The hard part? Choosing a color—there 14 stunning patterns and colors to peruse.
Mejuri makes affordable luxury jewelry that’s safe for sensitive ears, so you can wear these gold hoops (they’re made with gold vermeil, which is a thick coating of 18K solid gold on top of sterling silver—this means you’ll get a lot more lifespan out of these versus regular gold plated) without irritating skin. They’re just statement-making enough to add some sparkle and personality to every outfit.
If you work out a lot at home or take strength-training yoga classes (like Corepower’s Yoga Sculpt or new CorePower Strength X series), you’ll want a mat that can support your movements. Non-grippy, squishy mats can feel more like Slip ‘N Slides, and nobody needs a yoga mat injury in 2023. Enter The Workout Mat, a mat that is designed for high-intensity training, with or without shoes, and with or without weights (but we’ve tried all those combinations, and give it two thumbs up). The raised (bumpy) texture design gives your feet and hands more stability, so you’ll find yourself transition from movement to movement with more ease. It also absorbs sweat really well, so you won’t end up with puddles.

When we got our hands on these special-edition Grateful Dead x Sanuk Puffer Chiller slippers, we knew we’d be in love. And we weren’t wrong. Snug, toasty, and easy to slip on and off while having a sturdy back, these are the slippers we’ve worn all winter long. The sole is nice and cushion-y, so you’ve got the support you need if you need to wear them around the block. The pattern is inspired by the Grateful Dead Dancing Bears, but you can snag the puffer coat version, too.

Want to surprise yourself with flowers? Fresh Sends literally makes that possible. Order ‘The Send’ bouquet from Fresh Sends, and the company will send you a premium bouquet—kind of like a “mystery flavor” Dum Dum lollipop, but flowers. If you have very specific floral tastes, this might not be your thing, but if you’re someone who loves receiving the unexpected, trust us—Fresh Sends has good taste (see for yourself on its Instagram page). The W+G team has also vetted the product and can confirm the bouquet you’ll be getting is gorgeous, unexpected, and delightful. A regular send comes with 15-18 stems, a full send will get you 24-27 stems.

Or adorn yourself in fresh flowers with this daisy-printed PJ set from Kitty and Vibe. Choose from either a flowy camisole or a button-up short-sleeve shirt then match with either the pants or boxers. All pieces are silky soft and designed to move with you, whether you’re sprawling out solo or snuggled up with your partner.
Stressed? Light a candle and whip out those crayons! We love an adult coloring book, especially one as magical as this one. Illustrated by Karen Sue Chen, these pages are filled with gorgeous little worlds you uncover as your color in milk carton houses, forest animals luxuriating in hot tubs, cottages made from pies, and more.
Michelle Pfeiffer wanted to create a cruelty-free, derm-tested, icky ingredient-free perfume brand, and she succeeded: We love wearing Henry Rose’s clean, fresh scents wherever we go. And now, we can fill the whole room with them by lighting a Henry Rose candle. Our favorite scent for the start of the new year is Windows Down, a warm citrusy-floral fragrance that’s unlike anything we own (and certainly a departure from the spruce and pumpkin candles we’d been lighting all fall long). This is an elevated, luxurious scent that just makes our space feel more put together with only lifting a finger to strike a match.
We’ve tried dozens and dozens of diffusers, and the Alo Aura Diffuser remains one of our absolute favorites for winter. Run time is 22 hours, so you can run it all day long and night, it covers 700 square feet (great for large spaces like living rooms), and it features an antimicrobial tank, so you don’t have to constantly worry about mold. Sleek and easy to use, this diffuser helps us feel more calm, hydrates skin, and allows us to breathe better.
Throws are one of those things you simply can never have enough of, you just can’t. When you’re not cuddling under them, they’re adding life and color into your space, making even the messiest living room or bedroom look put together in a pinch. Enter, the Alfred Cotton Home Blanket from Resonnaire, a throw that looks as good as it feels. Made from 100 percent cotton, it’s perfect for snuggling under while you binge crappy Hallmark movies on V-day. When you’re done, throw it over an armchair or sofa and let its lewks do the talking.

Kitchen and food
This 10-in-1 air fry oven does so much more than air fry (but it does do that very well). It roasts, toasts, bakes, dehydrates, broils, reheats, and has special settings for sensitive foods like bagels and pizzas that seem to turn to charcoal if left in the oven for two seconds too long. The Foodi has completely replaced our toasters and microwaves, and, for the most part, our ovens. It’s large enough for a 12-pound turkey, and has 1800 watts of power while only needing 90 seconds to preheat. Plus, the digital display will inform you how long you need to cook something, so you can put away Google and let the Foodi cook your food for the exact time it needs to be perfectly prepared.
Caviar is a major luxury, saved for maybe only the most special occasions (some types of caviar are so rare, they’re sold for thousands of dollars a tin.) This stuff is pricey—but it’s under $400, comes with three 1oz jars of high-quality and responsibly-sourced caviar of your choosing, and three mother-of-pearl serving spoons. Choose between international or imported types of caviar (usually you could pick domestic, but that’s currently sold out)—this gift box will serve four to six people…if you choose to share.
Bosmarlin makes really gorgeous, unique ceramics that are conveniently available on Amazon. We love the large mugs (they’re able to hold 21oz of liquids) for the wide design and sturdy construction. Lead- and cadmium-free, these are also microwave and dishwasher safe, so you don’t have to baby them.
If all the TikTokers seem to be sipping their iced coffees and water from this Stanley stainless steel tumbler, that’s because they are. We don’t hype up a product for the sake of it—this insulated travel mug is the real deal. It keeps drinks cool for a whopping 11 hours, and ensures your hot beverages stay hot for seven hours. It even impressively chills ice for two whole days, so if you’re on the go, you can use it as your mini freezer. The straw is what makes it stands out—it makes meeting your hydration goals *that* much easier. And yeah, yeah, you’ll look really cool while you’re doing it. The straw is reusable and the whole thing is dishwasher safe.
Thinking of upgrading your pans? Caraway’s famous non-toxic, non-stick cookware is worth the cash. Not only is the Fry Pan an easy solution for quick frying and sautéing (whether you’re making eggs, browning some meat for a pasta sauce, or whipping up a veggie stir fry) without the constant hassle of scraping food off the surface when you’re done. It also means you can use less oil! Just make sure to use a wooden or silicone spatula, since anything harder (like stainless steel) can damage the coating.

We just did some coffee math, and if you order a premium Starbucks latte every day, you’re spending close to $2,500 a year on your caffeine boost (and yes, with inflation, coffee shop coffee really is getting that much more expensive). So, while we wouldn’t expect you take make this purchase on a whim (it’s a $900 espresso machine!), it’s safe to say that it does pay for itself (and yes, we’re counting the espresso beans and syrups you’ll have to buy yourself).
With the price talk out of the way, let’s talk functionality: This is a gorgeous espresso machine. We’ve tried it, and it really does make professional espresso drinks that will impress. It’s more manual than other Breville options, which means it has far more customizations and options (including precise dosing and pressure, 25 grind settings, a built-in burr grinder, a portafilter that ensures the flavor of your water is perfect, and assisted tamping). You definitely need to read the manual before using, but it’s easy to figure out (after one or two YouTube videos, you’ll be making latte art like it’s nothing) and takes minutes to use once you get the hang of it.
The end result is exquisite coffee every single morning. You’ll truly be able to make the highest-quality espresso drinks for yourself, at home.
Love a cup of no-frills coffee? Treat yourself to some delicious roasts from Grounds and Hounds, a coffee brand we love to support. Not only are G&H’s coffee beans thoughtfully sourced and rich in flavor, but the company is committed to helping pups in need with every sale. This Three Blend Starter Kit includes G&H’s best-selling flavors, including Morning Walk (medium-light roast), Paper & Slippers (medium roast), and Alpha Blend (dark roast), and you can get them as whole beans, ground, or single serve pods.
More of a matcha person? We love Golde’s matcha, and it helps to have all the accessories, which is why we recommend getting the Make Your Matcha Kit, which comes with delicious shade-grown, cold processed matcha (sourced from Uji, Japan) and bamboo whisk to get a really smooth blend. The pack is enough for 15 matcha lattes.
We know we said you could do better than chocolates, but…peanut butter cups don’t count. Peanut butter cups are a lifestyle. Justin’s organic peanut butter is enveloped by rich, dark chocolate, making for a perfectly sweet dessert. We like to sprinkle a little sea salt on top if we’re feeling ~fancy~.

The year is 2023 and we do, indeed, have robot mops. The Braava Jet doesn’t get intimidated by large spaces or types of hard floors (hardwood, vinyl, tile—it does it all), and it downloads the layout of your home and creates a “Smart Map” for your space, knowing exactly where furniture is and isn’t, and covering as much surface area as possible.
The cleaning gadget comes with an app, and you can set certain features like “Keep Out Zones,” which means you don’t have to go chasing after your robot mop to direct it (this would defeat the whole purpose, right?) It’ll learn its own cleaning patterns over time, so it’ll gravitate toward areas it knows are more disgusting (without the judgement!), and when it needs a little rest (i.e. a recharge), it’ll shuttle itself back to its charging station. Although, the run time is 150 minutes, which is usually more than enough time to clean your entire home in one go. Buy yourself the extra 45 minutes and get the robot mop already.
Several W+G staffers tested the Oura Ring for several months, hoping to see what the fuss was all about. Sure, it’s another wearable to add to the collection, but we were super impressed by everything this little ring had to offer, including as-accurate-as-possible heart rate and blood oxygen level readings, personalized goals, recovery time recommendations, period tracking (based on cycle length and body temp), and more. Read here for the full review.
Whether you work from home, travel a lot, need a way to gently press the “mute” button on your chaotic home life, or all the of the above, the newest Sony WH-1000XM5 noise-cancelling headphones offer top-of-the-line performance. The sound is incredible, and features like the Auto NC Optimizer know when to noise cancel or just muffle (for instance, if you’re walking the dogs but still want to hear cars for your safety). It has a 30-hour battery life and fast charge, and the Bluetooth connection is seamless with any device you own. Read the whole review from our health writer here.

If you can’t get yourself to the spa for a professional massage, the next best thing is a plug-in back and neck massager—and it’s really not a bad alternative. This one is easy to prop up on a pillow, couch, or chair. Just lean against it, and relax: The kneading massage nodes heat up and work out all those tight knots in your upper and lower back. The nodes are just intense enough to feel incredible and relieve all that tension in your body.
…And if you need a different kind of massager, we’ve got you. It’s Valentine’s Day, after all, and that warrants an upgrade on whatever vibrating magic stick you’ve got going on in your nightstand. We recommend Dame Com for anyone with a vulva: It’s a gorgeous, no-frills wand vibrator that’s got five intensity levels and five pattern modes to ensure that you orgasm every time you use it. With its buttery, medical-grade silicone (that’s easy to clean and waterproof, BTW), you can bring it with you in the tub or shower if you’d like—since it’s wireless, it’ll come along anywhere you do. Run time is one whole hour (it does take two-and-a-half hours to charge, so just be prepared).
Beauty
If you’re dealing with ruddy, irritated skin, tiger grass is a powerful ingredient that knocks back redness. Dr. Jart is known for its Cicapair Tiger Cream, and now it makes it in mask form that gives skin an even more intense dose of hydrating goodness. This mask is ultra-calm and soothing, with other ingredients like allantoin and niacinamide that help repair the skin barrier. We recommend placing this in the fridge for 15 minutes before putting it on—that way the mask goes on cold and feels even more refreshing.
Whatever they’re doing over at Tower28, they’re doing it right. Every single launch is better than the last, and the brand’s new juice-inspired lip balms are living proof. Smooth and definitely juicy, they glide on with ease, adding a pop of color while nourishing your kissers with mango seed oil, vitamin E, and shea butter. You can get individual shades for $16 a pop, but we recommend getting all four in this set, which also includes equally fruity nail stickers from Deco Beauty.
Give your limbs an extra scrub with these exfoliating bath gloves—they’re specifically designed to exfoliate skin and leave you feeling oh-so soft. Just put ’em on and spend a couple minutes scrubbing areas that are feeling dull or rough. Afterward, apply body lotion for extra suppleness (also, you’ll just feel like you got home from the spa).
Remember everyone’s favorite super-nova girl, Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century? That’s what we think of when we put on this celestial-inspired eye cream. Super Nova (a spinoff of the brand’s stellar Nova Brightening Serum) is like a rocket for your sleepy under eyes, waking them up with a boost of vitamin C, caffeine, and turmeric to leave them brighter than the sun. A little dab goes a long way, and the results will make your heart go boom, boom, boom (“my supernova girl…”)
Vanilla scents are back, baby, and they smell nothing like the Pink Sugar we doused ourselves in in 9th grade. One of our faves is Byredo’s luxurious Vanille Antique which blends the sultry, sweet scent of vanilla with woodsy, earthy notes of cashmere and musk. Think: A walk in the woods at dusk, or the sweet, warm smell of a writing room. It’s dreamy and, albeit luxe, worth every penny.
Saint Jane, which is known for its soothing botanical formulations, has a creamy body lotion appropriately called the Hydrabloom Body Silk. It’s powered by its special Active Flower™️ Concentrate which leaves skin softer and hydrated. It also uses hyaluronic acid for a deeper, longer-lasting hydration, wild chamomile (this helps soothe angry skin), sea flower complex (a firming agent), and jasmine (which softens and also smells dreamy). We love using it all over.
Skin in desperate need of moisture? This winter, it seems like no matter how much water we drink or moisturizer we slather all over our face, our skin is still parched. Luckily, The Outset formulated a super hydrating, nourishing facial oil that’s safe to use even if you’re acne-prone. The derm-tested ingredient blend includes Abyssinian oil and avocado oil, which are naturally nourishing and damage-repairing. You’re safe to use it morning and night, since it’s lightweight enough to be worn under makeup and absorbs quickly.
When we want something that’s as close to an in-office treatment as possible, we resort to Skinceuticals. Derms love the brand for its science-backed formulas and high-potency ingredients that give you real, lasting results. If you’re looking for something that helps prevent wrinkles and boost elasticity, the Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 treatment is the way to go. Ingredients include essential lipids (a natural cholesterol, these fatty acids help smooth wrinkles and make skin more supple) and vitamin E (this helps with cell repair). Use it in place of your moisturizer twice a day—you’ll want to use it up that first year, since the ingredients are most potent the first 12 months.
It’s called the “Cult Classic” for a reason: This best-selling cleanser removes dirt, makeup, and oil without completely stripping skin. And thanks to its prebiotic- and probiotic-rich ingredient lineup, it helps skin feel more balanced. It’s great for all skin types, too.
Another luxury moisturizer we stand behind is Sisley Paris Black Rose Infusion Cream, which has a longtime fanbase. People swear by its skin-plumping formula (which stars alkekengi calyx extract andpadina pavonica extract—both of which work overtime to strengthen the skin’s hydric layer and add long-lasting, natural radiance) and its to-die-for rose scent which is unlike any other rose scent we’ve ever come across. The texture of the cream is also really, really satisfying. This is just one of those creams you’ll feel really pampered just owning.
Another one of Oprah’s favorites, we’ve been reaching for this all-natural lip balm all winter long to bring back life to our chapped lips. The vintage-inspired cardboard packaging is Earth-friendly (no plastic waste), but the most exciting part is the balm: It’s rich, soft, and smells amazing. We’ve tried several scents, but the Marshmallow Creme is our favorite (maybe because it reminds us of our vanilla Lipsmacker days, but all grown up—and better for the environment).
Gen Z has decided lipsticks are out, and lip gloss is way, way in. Founded in 2020, Glosshood gained viral status when it launched the Holyy Gloss Balm Hybrid, combining a juicy gloss finish with a nourishing, hydrating balm-like application that lasts long after the shine wears off. Bonus: The mint feels extra soothing on chapped lips. It’s truly the best of both worlds.
If you’re a bath person, you need one of these big old Dr. Teals bottles on hand at all times. Tried and true, the bath formulations both contain epsom salts to help soothe knotted muscles while the essential oils create a spa-like experience while you luxuriate in the tub. Choose lavender before bedtime to help de-stress and calm down, or eucalyptus and spearmint for a more stimulating scent (we love the latter after an evening workout).
