"A good trick of mine is packing a jump rope and doing ten minutes in my room first thing in the morning to get my heart rate up," Lima reveals in a recent interview with CR Fashion Book. Though the Brazilian supermodel admits that staying healthy while on the road is challenging, she has other tips up her sleeve. "If I have a gym at my hotel, I'll wake up and do a quick workout," says Lima. "Or I'll run outside as a way to see the place that I’m visiting." Low-key and a way to sight-see?
