Athleta Blown Out Chevron Scarf, $72
A snuggly blanket scarf makes such a great holiday gift—especially for New Yorkers who really have to bundle up for their commute around the city during the winter.
Vitruvi Black Stone Diffuser, $119
Aromatherapy diffusers are on the top of my list this year (to get and to give!). I love this super stylish one from Vitruvi for its minimalist chic appearance and its ability to diffuse essential oils at their full potency.
OXO Spiralizer, $40
I heart spiralizing because my children love spiralized apples and all manner of zoodles. I love getting this spiralizer set for friends, because it’s thoughtful and unusual.
Origins Plantscription Youth-Renewing Sheet Mask, $42
A really luxe, hydrating face mask for self-care weekends makes a great gift. And because this one comes in easy travel packaging, it's perfect for all the road warriors I know so they can maintain their self-care game no matter where work or life takes them.
Vitamix E310, $350
Vitamix is the gold standard of blenders (perfect for your morning smoothie!), and this one is the most affordable model yet. With 10 speed settings you can make everything from chunky salsa to creamy soups, and at 48 ounces it's equipped to making a batch for the whole family.
Athleta Mesh Shine Salutation 7/8 Tight, $89
For my friends who love working out (which is a lot of them!) my go-to gift is a pair of edgy leggings. This super-soft pair has a second-skin feel while still providing support for high-intensity workouts.
Tiffany T Wire Bracelet, $1,600
Inspired by New York City, this classic piece from Tiffany makes an elegant statement that you can wear pretty much every day. And who doesn't love receiving a little blue box?
Reservage Bone Broth Bags, $35
This brand new product is packaged in a cute tin, and the fact that it comes in individual bags is so innovative and user-friendly. Bone broth is so soothing and warming for winter—I'll be sending this to relatives and friends in Iowa and Vermont.
Melissa Maya Pottery Black and White Chevron Mug, $35
Melissa Maya's work is incredible, and I've been ordering her mugs and planters for a while. The shape, in addition to the hand-drawn design, make this mug feel really special (I have it at home!), and it's a must-have for sipping bone broth or matcha.
Birkenstock Boston Shearling, $165
I love how hygge these fuzzy Birks are! I have my eye on these for my business partner (and co-founder of Well+Good) Melisse Gelula. They're perfect for cozy winter weekends or keeping at the office for fun indoor Mr. Rogers vibes.
West Elm Faceted Terrariums, $29-$44
It seems like succulents are everyone's latest obsession, and these glass planters are such a pretty and unique way of presenting them. And because succulents are so easy to keep alive, even your friends who definitely don't have green thumbs can create an indoor garden.
Sun Basket subscription, starting at $10 per serving
This recipe subscription is a great option for families, because the meals come in both individual and family-sized portions (and it's an easy way to get kids to eat healthy). All the organic and humanely raised ingredients are delivered fresh and pre-measured, so meals come together in a flash for friends short on time.
Athleta Cashmere Sweater, $218
Something about the holidays and cashmere just seem to go together. Get this seriously soft sweater for all your friends (and maybe keep one for yourself).
Well+Good x Red Flower Rose Renewal gift set, $124
This year, we teamed up with Red Flower's Yael Alkalay—who's a serious spa anthropologist—to create a dreamy self-care trio that's essential for busy women. With a Moroccan Rose candle (with petals for pouring into the bath!), Illuminating Rose Collagen Face Serum, and rose quartz crystal, you have everything you need for a relaxing night in—and it's a major glow-booster for your skin, too.
Athleta Girl Ear Muffs, $28; Velour Jogger, $49; Warm + Fuzzy Jacket, $118
This is the go-to school outfit for kids my daughter's age. It's great for them to be able to be so comfortable all day and ready for recess and gym class. Plus, these fuzzy, tech-compatible earmuffs are just too cute.
Net Playz Soccer Goal and Ball Set, $109
Nets and balls keep my kids active (and are at-home ways to destroy my apartment—you have to have a sense of humor). Plus, this set is perfect to take to Central Park in good weather.
HUM Raw Beauty Super Food Powder, $39
Beauty ingestibles are a trend we called in our 2016 Wellness Trends, and it's super exciting to see all the growth there. I’m a huge fan of Hum Nutrition, and love that this beauty-boosting powder comes in gingersnap flavor to give smoothies a festive twist.
