It’ll Be Extra Affordable for Amazon Prime Members to Gobble up Whole Foods’ Turkey This Year
According to a press release, Amazon—which bought Whole Foods earlier this year—is offering tons of savings around the holidays at the grocery store, even on organic items. Basically, prices are slashed on everything you need for your Thanksgiving feast.
Organic turkeys are being discounted to $3.49 per pound—or $2.99 per pound with a Prime membership.
So, what's on the discount list? All Whole Foods shoppers will enjoy savings on thanksgiving-dinner stalwarts like 365 Everyday Value canned pumpkin, organic broccoli, organic salad mixes, and both organic russet potatoes and sweet potatoes, and there will also be cuts on popular brands like Chobani, Pacific Foods, Siggi's, and Lundberg Family Farms. But the best deal might be that organic turkeys are being discounted to $3.49 per pound—or $2.99 per pound with a Prime membership.
And, according to Reuters, these latest price drops are permanent. It's not too late to get an Amazon Prime membership to save on your Thanksgiving dinner haul. And, hey, if you do sign up, you'll have a lot more viewing material to choose from when choosing what to watch post-dinner.
