This Is the Dry Shampoo Dance-Cardio Fitness Mogul Anna Kaiser Swears By
You know those skin-care and beauty products that you use until the very last drop? The ones that you’ve spent entire brunches/text threads/email chains, telling your friends about? They’re the best of the best…so amazing that you’d never risk putting them in a piece of checked luggage. At Well+Good, we call those our Beauty VIPs (you know, Very Important Products). In this series, we ask women in wellness and the public eye what beauty products they use every single day and why—with an entire Internet of options to choose from—these items stand out.
Celeb trainer and fitness superstar Anna Kaiser is one of those people who just glows.
Her bubbly personality and (seemingly endless) energy draw countless women to the New York City and Los Angeles AKT in Motion studios. Given the trainer's A-list clientele, you may run into some familiar faces there: Karlie Kloss, Kelly Ripa, and Shakira, to name a few. (Though AKT doesn't just dominate the fitness space in NYC and LA; Kaiser also connects with women around the globe via the AKT On Demand App and online streaming videos).
So just how does she go from sweat sesh to boss lady in a flash? From her post-workout hair saviors to her skin-saving hacks, here are her top beauty products for a little glow-on-the-go.

Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo, $23
“I’m in workouts and meetings, so I have to transition really quickly—like from zero to hair done at top speed," she tells me. "I've tried so many dry shampoos—I mean every dry shampoo—and really feel like this one works. It gets rid of the oil, but it’s not chalky and it’s not heavy. It doesn't like tangle your hair or make it a matted mess afterward.”
Tatcha Indigo Smoothing Black Sugar Body Gommage, $74
“This scrub is a really good exfoliator (especially in winter)," Kaiser tells me. "It leaves this silky smooth oil on your skin afterward. And it’s really pretty. I love that the black sugar feels very rich.”
Sisley Paris Eye Contour Mask, $145
“I really like this mask for when I travel. It’s like a genius invention. You can put it under your eyes when you're on the plane, when you feel like you’ve been really dehydrated, or when you just need to plump and revitalize the skin around your eyes," Kaiser says. "You just slather it on underneath, and it’s clear so no one can see it. Then, you wipe it off after 10 minutes, or you can massage it in and leave it on. It helps with fine lines, dehydration, and puffiness.”
Meant The Absolute Balm, $45
“I use it on my legs after I shave and my legs are literally shiny and silky for two days (even after showering)," she gushes. "It's so intensely strong. It’s a very small bottle, but a little bit goes a long way."
L'Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara, $10
"It's been hard to find a mascara that doesn't flake off, and L'Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise is one that I love recently," she says. "I use the regular formula because I feel like waterproof mascara is too hard to get off."
Clé de Peau Concealer, $70
"This concealer works and it's small and easy to travel with. It's good for under eyes as well as spots that need to be covered up. It stays in place and matches my skin."
