Amber Sayer is a fitness, nutrition, wellness writer, and editor, and contributes to several fitness, health, and running websites and publications such as Self, Women’s Running, and Yoga Journal. She previously served as fitness editor at Byrdie. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Queens College, and a master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Hartford. As a certified personal trainer and running coach for 12 years, Amber enjoys staying active and helping others do so as well.
