Margaret Klein Salamon, PhD, is a clinical psychologist turned climate activist whose work helps people to face the truth of the climate emergency and transform their despair into effective action. She is the executive director of the Climate Emergency Fund, a non-profit that supports the brave activists waking up the public to the climate emergency by funding the disruptive nonviolent climate movement. She is the author of Facing the Climate Emergency: How to Transform Yourself with Climate Truth, a radical self-help guide for the climate emergency. The second edition of Facing the Climate Emergency releases May 30th, 2023, revised and updated, with a focus on disruptive activism and a foreword by Adam McKay.
