She loves on-demand yoga and "cheat days"
"I go back and forth between yoga and circuit training," Biel says of her daily routine. "There's a website called YogaGlo—it's basically like a monthly membership thing where you have access. You can do it all, anytime, anywhere. I'm not affiliated with them AT ALL, just think they're a really good resource." And when it comes to her diet, Biel says, "I try to eat really clean...fruits and vegetables, fish, etc.," she says. "Don't get me wrong, I like my cheat days and I go BIG."

A typical weekend involves playing, napping, and date night with Justin
Basically, it sounds like Biel is all about that balanced hygge life—with the occasional outing with the hubs. "Up early, breakfast at home...maybe head to a park and play," she says. "Everybody naps at nap time. Maybe a play date in the afternoon. Then mommy and daddy go out on a hot date."
She's all about traveling the world—and eating everything along the way
"My favorite hobby of all time is traveling and going places I've never been before," Biel says. "Getting out of my comfort zone and doing all kinds of crazy treks...and yeah, basically eating my way all over the world."
