This Empowering Musical Anthem From Students at March for Our Lives Will Inspire You to Make a Difference

This past weekend, hundreds of thousands of people gathered in the nation's capital, and across the country and world, for a very important reason: To get the attention of lawmakers and communicate how dire it is for changes to be made to the current gun-control laws.

March for Our Lives—a demonstration organized by survivors of the February 15 shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, which claimed 17 lives—aimed to start a revolution. And with fiery, passionate teenagers like Emma González—who took the stage for 6 minutes and 20 seconds (4 of which were in pure silence), the exact amount of time it took the Parkland shooter to carry out his attack—leading the charge for change, it appears America is in good, socially active hands that refuse to take no for an answer.
