This Crystal Cocktail Recipe Takes Your Buzz to the Next Level

Welcome to Well Done, Well+Good's seriously tasty food (and drink!) video series, featuring easy-healthy-gorgeous recipes from the wellness scene's buzziest chefs, nutritionists, and Instagram foodies.

You may have a well-stocked organic bar cart and a house full of crystals. But have you ever thought about combining the two? That's exactly what's happening in the first episode of Well+Good's food-forward video series Well Done.

Crystal cocktails are now a thing.

Seasoned chef Alexis Bondaroff, who runs the whole foods-focused catering outfit Bond&Taylor, whips up a menu of visually stunning and healthy dishes and drinks, including a rose quartz punch that'll take your hostess game to new heights.

"The inspiration is an Italian aperitif," Bondaroff explains. "It’s just such a feminine, beautiful color, especially with the quartz." Garnish with a pinch of shimmery salt spiked with rosebuds, and you've got the crystal cocktail of your (energetically charged) dreams.

1/2 cup Campari
1 blood orange, thinly sliced
1 tsp rose water

Rose quartz crystals for serving

1.  Layer the bottom of a crystal or glass serving bowl with rose quartz crystals.

2. Add Campari, sparkling rosé, and rose water. Stir gently to combine.

3. Rub the lip of glasses with a slice of blood orange, and dip the rims into a shallow dish of Bond&Taylor Spanish Rose salt to coat. (Bondaroff recommends wine or champagne glasses.)

4. Float the remaining blood orange slices in the punch bowl (tip: use your fingers to create a current as you push them into place), and ladle the punch into garnished glasses. Serve!
