Rihanna’s New Fenty Lingerie Collection Is the Inclusive Holiday Miracle We’re Here For
In fact, I want to create my own advent calendar out of its underwear, which evokes a winning combo: grown-up AF and casually glamorous—kind of like the singer herself. "My vision for Savage X has always been having women feel confident expressing themselves through a little lace, a little corsetry, and a little T-shirt bra," writes Rihanna on her site. And you'll find a lot of all the above in her latest seasonal offering, which includes more than 200 new pieces—all available for about $100 or less.
I'm not sure if wearing a pair of leopard-print lace underwear with metallic tulle ($30) will make me shine bright like a diamond, but I'm willing to give it a shot. Same goes for a tiger-striped satin pajama top ($32) that's giving off big-cat bathleisure vibes. And her thong bodysuits that won't require a butt tuck to wear.

What I really love about the collection, though, is that there's so much diversity. I don't just mean the models, but also the designs themselves. Because some days call for a super-chill sports bralette, while others, a corset and garter belt. Hey, a girl's gotta have options, amirite?

This dichotomy is something Rihanna knows all too well. And so, too, it seems, do the people who wear her lingerie. (The three items that have sold out so far are a full-length leopard print bathrobe, a heart-shaped riding crop, and a pair of velvet heart pasties.)
I'm not an anthropologist—or a psychologist, for that matter—but to me, this indicates that women are no longer deciding between the naughty or nice list—at least when it comes to their underwear.
The same "you do you" vibe also goes for how you wear your pubic hair—since there's never been a better time to have a full bush or a manicured bikini line.
