These Viral ‘Snoga Pants’ Are the Sculpting Snow Leggings We’ve All Been Waiting for—Get ‘Em Before They Sell Out
My toxic trait is being easily persuaded to buy things on the internet. TikTok and Instagram are my kryptonite and have heavily influenced my recent buying decisions, including a trendy Acne Studios scarf dupe (you know the one) and Maison Francis' luxurious, gold-infused body oil that smells just like its signature scent.
The latest is far less glamorous but way more practical, especially for someone who lives in a cold, snowy climate. The North Face Snoga Pants ($199) are the sculpting winter pants you'll actually want to wear, a far cry from most of the baggy, unflattering snow pants most of us begrudgingly put on on childhood snow days. They're pretty much snow pants disguised as yoga pants, meaning they're just as cute and comfortable, only they're totally weather-resistant.

And how did I find them? TikTok, of course. As a skier and proud adventure girly, my social media algorithms are often gear-focused. The video, which was created by TikTok user @Kaylee_Wyse and has garnered more than 28,000 views since being posted in late December, made me stop mid-scroll. I've seen a lot of snow pants. Moreover, I've seen a lot of snow pants that "claim" to be fashionable. But "snoga" pants?! Snow pants that actually fit like leggings. Yeah, *TikTok voice*, "you're comin' home with me."

I've since gotten my hands, er, legs into a pair of The North Face Snoga Pants and can confirm they're the real deal. They're made from a stretchy, sculpting fabric that's similar to leggings, nothing like the baggy cargo pants and bibs you usually find on the slopes. They feature a high-waisted, crossover-inspired silhouette with a hidden side zip, so they even look like yoga pants; I have the black pair, and from far away, you can't even tell that they're not really leggings.
From a technical aspect, they're amazing, too. I haven't skied in them, however, I have worn them on snowy walks around my neighborhood and sledding with friends. Their water-resistance kept me perfectly dry, while the WindWall™ fabric kept me warm from cold gusts. I'm definitely a sucker for the elastic gaiters, too, which stretch over snow boots to keep powder and puddles from splashing in your boots.

Needless to say, I love my snoga pants and think they're a TikTok trend well worth the hype. Some words of advice: Buy the next size up. These things fit like a second skin and run small. I'm typically a size 4, which was too tight, but the 6 fit like a glove. Other reviews and TikTok commenters say the same thing and recommend going a size up from your normal size, if not two.
