Jasmine Marie | Breathwork Practitioner + Founder, black girls breathing
Jasmine Marie is a breathwork practitioner and innovator in the wellness industry through black girls breathing, which is making breathwork accessible to Black womxn across the globe. Her work centers around wellness practices that are accessible and relevant, from underserved minority communities to stressed-out college students and executives. She’s brought her work to elite colleges such as Harvard Business School, Columbia University, Cornell University, in addition to Fortune 100 companies. Marie has been featured in VOGUE, Marie Claire, Glamour, Nylon Mag, and Well+Good, amongst other publications.
Amanda White | Licensed Therapist + Founder, Therapy for Women Center
Amanda E. White is a licensed therapist and the creator of the popular Instagram account @therapyforwomen. She specializes in teaching women how to set boundaries, engage in real self care, and work through shame. White is the founder of Therapy for Women Center, which is located in Philadelphia and serves clients across the country. She is in recovery from an addiction and eating disorder, and in her clinical work, specializes in supporting clients in the overlap and intersection of both. White is the author of the forthcoming book, Not Drinking Tonight: A Therapist’s Guide to Creating A Sober Life You Love.
Elyse Fox | Founder, Sad Girls Club
Elyse Fox is a filmmaker, activist, and founder of Sad Girls Club, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization committed to showing up for people of color through creating accessible resources, building community and sparking conversation that benefits mental wellness. To further her impact, Fox currently serves as a board member on Selena Gomez’s Rare Beauty Council, an organization committed to raising $100 million towards mental health resources for marginalized communities.
