This Genius Beverage Makes Apple Cider Vinegar Seriously Drinkable
BluePrint® Vice President Emma Frelinghuysen believes it is, which is why BluePrint® came up with a better way to get your daily dose of ACV (that won't make your eyes water).
Frelinghuysen says members of the BluePrint® team used to talk about their terrible ACV experiences like they were a badge of honor (sound familiar?). But then came the lightbulb moment: They thought, why don't we make a version of this that's still filled with the good stuff, but doesn't taste awful? (Genius.)
"Being good to your body doesn’t have to feel like torture."
"Being good to your body doesn’t have to feel like torture," Frelinghuysen says. "We believe that wellness is a balancing act and the ACV regimen needed a mindful makeover."
The results of said makeover? Two tasty tonics that you'll actually look forward to drinking—rather than pinching your nose as you choke them down. Game. Changed.

Turmeric Tonic
As BluePrint® began the process of brainstorming the flavors, the goal was to pile onto the benefits of ACV to make sure you're getting the most bang for your buck.
"We are harnessing unfiltered apple cider vinegar with all the naturally occurring benefits of the 'mother,'" Frelinghuysen explains. "On top of this, the tonics are infused with organic superfoods to aid in digestion and detox, and complement the amazing benefits of unfiltered ACV."

Each BluePrint® tonic combines two tablespoons of unfiltered apple cider vinegar with organic superfoods and juices—in this case, organic apple and lemon. The star ingredients (besides ACV, of course) are cinnamon, black pepper extract, and cayenne—and, lastly, turmeric, AKA the wonder ingredient of the wellness world.
The best way to score all the feel-good effects? By drinking your ACV first thing in the morning and right before meals, Frelinghuysen says. Not only will your body be able to absorb it without competing with other foods, but adding extra hydration to your day can keep you from confusing hunger for thirst (which helps you stay on track with your healthy eating #goals).
Ginger Maple Tonic
The ginger maple tonic was designed to aid in digestion with organic lime and ginger juices plus maple syrup for a touch of sweetness you'll want to sip and savor—not just throw down the hatch.
And that's the best part: Since each tonic is premixed to provide just the right dose, you can enjoy without having to break out the measuring spoons. (Because no one has time to BYO bottle of apple cider vinegar to work and DIY your own tonic in the office kitchen.)
"Our consumers were already using ACV; we made it easier for them by creating a version that's delicious, accessible, and downright chug-able.”
"We wanted a convenient, delicious, dosed way of delivering ACV," says Frelinghuysen, who calls the tonics an on-the-go charging station. "ACV is a great way to promote wellness and do something meaningful for your body. Our consumers were already using ACV; we made it easier for them by creating a version that's delicious, accessible, and downright chug-able."
Chugging apple cider vinegar: now a thing.
