In fact, this week’s full flower moon (a nickname it’s earned from happening during a time when flowers tend to be in bloom) in Scorpio is happening on May 7 at 6:45 a.m., EST, and it’s the last supermoon of the year. That means it’s going to be an intense time.

Furthermore, despite being socially distanced from others, we’ll feel more in tune with the emotions of other people during this full moon than we have previously, thanks to Neptune’s involvement. “If you start feeling waves of emotions or mood swings, discern whether you’re picking up on others’ vibes or whether those emotions are your own. We have opportunities to more deeply connect with others during this full moon,” says Lang.
