March was no joke, right?! Phew! We moved through the equinox, experienced two full moons instead of one, had our new paradigms activated, and navigated extremely emotional waters. It has truly been a time of being surrounded by new, new, new.

April will continue taking us into greater expressions of who we are: our missions and the work we are here to do. One very important aspect I want to highlight is opening yourself up to the possibility that you can truly experience life in the ways you have been dreaming or envisioning.

Perhaps there’s a level of peace you know is possible to live from, or an amount of abundance you know you want to embody. You may be given a priceless opportunity to activate these truths for your life, but the gift of accessing these places may come from you needing to face certain “shadow” aspects, or fears.

For example, if you know you can have much greater financial prosperity, you may be faced with a number of unexpected bills or expenses—but this is where the golden opportunity is. With these new paradigm energies, it is possible for you to hold your deeper truth and high vibration of being more prosperous than ever before, even while facing what appears to be the opposite.

How to align with these energies for the next month? Here’s some inspired advice.

Major themes for April: change, connection, and community

Many of us (myself included) are having rebirths, in which your idea of who you are is changing and growing. Many of you are finally heeding the call to step into other lines of work that feel more soul-aligned or purposeful for the planet. Aspects of your work may even surprise you.

Even for me, I was very clearly shown by source and my guides to expand into new ways that my gifts and work as a shaman can be expressed, and urged to begin offering specific services for clients to release blocks around “being seen.” This month is all about moving through false fears of having your light, truth, or work be public. It is truly time for the lightworker in you to activate, step out, and shine bright.

Because of all these rebirths, don’t fear that you’re “starting over.” As I said last month, this expansion would not be happening if it wasn’t the right time, and if your soul wasn’t ready. These changes are a culmination of all your previous experiences, to take you to your grandest visions. So, how do you stay centered and confident during all of this? By surrounding yourself with friends, family, and colleagues who are high-vibration, and who can offer a helpful outside perspective.

It’s time to embrace the love around us, knowing it’s okay—more than okay, it’s great—to ask those around you for extra guidance, advice, and empowering energies so that we can all grow the light on this planet together! Make connection time with friends a priority and take the plunge into asking for help.

Spirit animals: the bee and the peacock

Two other additional very powerful sources of April fuel come from our sacred animal totems—the bee and peacock! Bees remind us to trust in miracles. They are pollinizers, which is perfect as the newly activated power and light in you needs to be expressed into the world more. And they are incredible builders; call upon the bee to assist you in the architecture of your new life, career, and path forward!

The peacock is also extremely helpful during this time of rebirth, as many traditions view it as a symbol of the rising phoenix, shedding the old and rising from those ashes into the new. A deep self-love and self-confidence that comes from a place of humility and grace and an ability to remain as lighthearted as possible are other ways peacock will support us.

You can do a morning meditation where you call in the bee and peacock and ask that they enter your life and provide you whatever messages, medicine, and guidance you need for your highest, greatest, earthly good.

As you find your way in bravely accessing your truth and gifts, know that everyone else is, too. The more we can come together as brothers, sisters, friends, and community, in non-judgment, the better—remembering that “different” is a gift designed to inspire all of us and expand the parameters for what we know is possible within ourselves and in life.

We are creating a new paradigm here on Earth, and with that, let us open our minds and views and release labels of good/bad, right/wrong. It’s time to be supportive of all the beautiful, powerful, and unique alchemy that lives in each of us and that is now ready to flow out from us, into greater expressions to the world.
