Akilah Cadet, MPH, is the founder and CEO of Change Cadet, a change management and organizational development consulting firm that supports BIPOC women and underrepresented communities in the workplace. Dr. Cadet uses her lived experiences as a Black professional to guide her anti-racism work with companies and nonprofit organizations. She was a 2021 Forbes Next 1000 Honoree and was honored as one of Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Influencers in the same year. Dr. Cadet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education in Community Based Public Health, a Master of Public health, and a Doctorate of Health Sciences in Leadership and Organizational Behavior. Dr. Cadet currently lives in Oakland, California.
