Elisabeth Akinwale is a certified personal trainer who owns 13th Flow, a functional training–based gym on the South Side of Chicago. A former competitive gymnast, Olympic weightlifter, and world-wide CrossFit Games competitor, she also brings a background in social work to her fitness approach. Since 2013, she's shared her training and life philosophies and practices with people across North America through her On Balance seminars.
