Jennifer Heimlich is a freelancer writer with more than a decade working on fitness content. Previously, she was senior fitness editor at Well+Good as well as Editor in Chief of Dance Magazine for nearly 10 years. She also served as senior editor of Pointe, and has written about fitness and running for The Atlantic, Runner's World, and Women's Running, among other publications. Jennifer earned her bachelor's degree in both Journalism and Dance from New York University. An ultra-runner and marathoner in love with all things movement, she leads running tours in Boston in her free time.
