Rachel Wright, LMFT, is a licensed clinical psychotherapist, educator, coach, experienced speaker, group facilitator, and on-camera mental health relationship expert. She has worked with thousands of people over the world and appeared on stages across the globe to talk about all things sex and relationships. She previously wrote for Shape and has been featured in numerous media outlets, including Cheddar TV, PIX 11, CTV, NBC News Radio, as well as The New York Times, Women’s Health, InStyle, Cosmopolitan, and Huffington Post, among others. Her work has appeared in publications, including Mindbodygreen, Insider, and Men’s Health. She also created What You Wish You Learned in School, a virtual workshop series that covers everything from Sex Ed 101 to BDSM, and hosts the podcast The Wright Conversation, which explores relationships, sex, and mental health.
