Miranda Kerr says she owes her glowing skin to this hard-to-find superfood

“I’ve been drinking it since I was 13 years old,” she says. “It’s honestly been the key to my health and the reason my skin looks the way it does.”

Before you go running to the supermarket for it, though, know that it’s not so easy to find (at least in raw form). But, according to the Australia-born celeb, noni fruit juice can do wonders for your health and complexion. “Noni is such an incredible ingredient,” she says. “It’s known for its healing and rejuvenating properties, and it’s an antioxidant with more than 100 vitamins and minerals in it.”

Plus, it’s anti-inflammatory and antibacterial—which is why Kerr has gotten creative with it. “When I was younger, I’d put the juice on my skin if I had acne or if I had a sunburn, and it really helped to soothe it,” she says. “For me, it was a no-brainer to have it as the key ingredient in all my products.”
