What is Cariuma?
Cariuma is a Brazilian-based footwear brand known for their ultra-comfortable sneaks made with sustainably-sourced materials like cork, bamboo, and sugarcane. They offer a variety of sneakers and boots, and often collab with brands (like Pantone, National Geographic, and Marie Kondo’s KonMari) to create unique patterns. Whether you rock a floral print or prefer basic black, there’s a Cariuma sneaker for you.
Other eco-wins for those keeping score at home: Cariuma is a certified B Corp (which means they meet rigorous standards for their business and social practices) and boasts certifications from the Forest Stewardship Council, Leather Working Group, and Global Recycling Standard. They also partner with reforestation organizations in the Brazilian rainforest to plant two new trees for every pair of shoes sold. We love to see it.

The NAIOCA style features a supportive and springy cork insole with just enough arch support. As the name implies, the OCA low is a lower-profile sneaker.
