Can you imagine anything sweeter than a Savasana-chocolate combo to finish out your vinyasa sesh? Well, the chocolate company Love Cocoa recently partnered with Guzel Mursalimova, a United Kingdom–based yoga instructor, to create a 90-minute class that pairs meditation and restorative yoga with delicious organic, vegan chocolate, Brit + Co reported.

While the first half of the class involves enjoying a chocolate bar while using ancient Buddhist techniques to, per the class description, “unravel a new spectrum of chocolate flavors and sensations,” the second portion pairs restorative poses with essential oils to increase flexibility and relax the muscles. Basically, you go about the yoga class in pure antioxidant-boosted bliss.

The first class already happened in London (no word on a susequent sessions yet!), but that doesn’t mean you can’t try something similar at home: It might yield the most genuine happy baby pose ever.
