Cindy Crawford’s Effective (and Fun!) Jump Squat Will Make You Feel Like a Baller
While working with her trainer Sarah Perla Hagaman, the supermodel did a mix of jump squats and ball slams that are so simple, you can do them in even the smallest of apartments. Just beware: Your downstairs neighbors might not be thrilled about your new fun sweat sesh move. But considering the killer full-body workout you'll get from the three-step modified squat, it might just be worth the disapproving looks.
Want to try it for yourself? According to Jeff Catenacci, owner and instructor at New York City's F45 Flatiron, it's pretty simple. "Hold a medicine ball at your chest and make sure to keep your weight distributed evenly through your feet as you squat. Then, jump as high as you can and lift the ball overhead. Once you land, slam the ball into the ground," he told Self.

When you do it repeatedly, you'll undoubtedly work up a sweat, especially because you're engaging multiple muscle groups, core included. Personal trainer Aimee Rose suggested doing as many as you can for 20 seconds, rest for 10, then repeat for eight rounds. Not only will you fire up your muscles, but you'll also get some much-needed stress relief in the process via those powerful medicine ball slams.
