Wellness trends come and go, but buzzy, benefit-rich apple cider vinegar has been around for a while and isn’t showing any signs of leaving.

Although too much of a good thing can lead to some gastrointestinal issues, when taken in moderation, the elixir is basically the holy grail of wellness ingredients.
Taking a straight shot of it might not be right for you, so Jessica Rosen, a certified holistic health coach and the founder of Raw Generation, has an apple cider vinegar shot recipe that mellows ACV’s tartness with lemon, chamomile, and honey—which, TBH, sounds pretty darn delicious.
Whip up a jar of the stuff while you’re meal-prepping—Rosen says it’ll stay good for a week in the fridge.

Apple Cider Vinegar Immune Booster Shot
Yields 8 servings
Ingredients
14 oz. chamomile tea1 oz. apple cider vinegar1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice1 Tbsp raw honey
1. Steep chamomile tea in hot water, then pour into a Mason jar.
2. Add apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, and raw honey.
3. Stir well until honey is dissolved.
To use your whole bottle, try an apple cider vinegar bath or use it as substitute for dry shampoo.
