In one of her lastest videos, she divulges the formula for her famous vinaigrette. “I have a great vinaigrette. My classic. I call it the 3-2-1-1 vinaigrette, and it’s foolproof every time,” she says. “This is great for salads, fish, roasted vegetables, and whatever else.”
After combining everything in a lidded container or a jar, shake it up for a few seconds until everything is mixed together. Keep it in you fridge and use it all week long.

Ingredients3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 Tbsp red wine vinegar1 Tbsp Dijon mustard1 Tbsp water
