Mallory Grimste, LCSW (she/her) is an adolescent mental health specialist with a counseling practice based in Woodbridge, Connecticut.

She offers several Teen Growth Therapy Group options and individual counseling for young people who want to improve their mental health and can be physically located in the state of Connecticut or New York at the time of sessions. (*we don’t make the licensing laws, but we still gotta follow them).

Mallory has extensive and specialized training in providing DBT-informed treatment to teens struggling with anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and identity + self-esteem concerns.

To maximize her impact in helping teens improve their mental health, she shares new videos every week on YouTube and offers a variety of guided self-help resources + programs such as the Self Care Bundle (currently free!), Coping Skills Crash Course, and the Speak Your Truth program.
