Ellie Goulding’s on-the-road fitness regimen includes this workout app

When Ellie Goulding‘s career first took off, she started having major panic attacks that just about anything could trigger. Ultimately it was fitness that helped the songstress find inner confidence and get her anxiety under control.

Years later, Goulding is staying strong—both mentally and physically—no matter where she is, even while on tour. The musician revealed in interview with Self that she switches up her routine on the reg to make sure she’s reaping all the healthy benefits possible. (Two of her favorites are hot yoga classes for flexibility and Barry’s Bootcamp for cardio). But if she’s short on time, the star looks to her go-to fitness app and video  for a do-anywhere sweat sesh.

And that means she either does something on the Nike Training app or an Insanity workout, which can be as short as 30 minutes. “They’re very intense, and they feel bloody great afterward.”

Clearly Goulding’s grind is paying off: She’s strong, powerful, and feeling better than ever when it comes to her mental health—which is just more evidence that a shorter workout is way better than no workout at all. (Even if it means getting your butt kicked by Shaun T.)
