According to a release, the newest item to grace the frozen section at the cult-beloved grocery chain is basically as clean as it gets. The totally vegan mix—which only takes a handful of minutes to prepare in the microwave—is made up of a bed of cauliflower rice, chopped sweet potatoes, red onions, tofu, and chickpeas. And it has rich flavor, too, with the perfect amount of chili powder, tahini, garlic powder, oregano, tamari soy sauce, and cumin—plus a little heat from some sambal oelek red chili paste.

The totally vegan mix—which only takes a handful of minutes to prepare in the microwave—is made up of a bed of cauliflower rice, chopped sweet potatoes, red onions, tofu, and chickpeas.

While many frozen meals aren’t exactly the best for your body due to the sugar and sodium overload, this one is just 120 calories per serving (with each packaged bowl containing two-and-a-half servings) and has no added sugar, 5 grams of protein, and only 160mg of sodium.
