Your jam-packed schedule is no excuse to skip lunch. Panera just announced it’s buying the Boston-based cafe chain Au Bon Pain as part of an ambitious expansion plan—meaning a quick and healthy meal will be easier to come by for even the busiest girls.
According to Panera founder, Chairman, and CEO Ron Shaich in a press release, this move will help make it possible for Panera to get a foothold in more areas where there’s currently a serious dearth of healthy options—I’m talking hospitals, college food courts, and transportation centers.
