Welcome to Well Done, Well+Good’s seriously tasty food (and drink!) video series, featuring easy-healthy-gorgeous recipes from the wellness scene’s buzziest chefs, nutritionists, and Instagram foodies.
You may have a well-stocked organic bar cart and a house full of crystals. But have you ever thought about combining the two? That’s exactly what’s happening in the first episode of Well+Good’s food-forward video series Well Done.
Crystal cocktails are now a thing.
Seasoned chef Alexis Bondaroff, who runs the whole foods-focused catering outfit Bond&Taylor, whips up a menu of visually stunning and healthy dishes and drinks, including a rose quartz punch that’ll take your hostess game to new heights.
“The inspiration is an Italian aperitif,” Bondaroff explains. “It’s just such a feminine, beautiful color, especially with the quartz.” Garnish with a pinch of shimmery salt spiked with rosebuds, and you’ve got the crystal cocktail of your (energetically charged) dreams.
