What makes this mud mask a celebrity must-have (and something worth shopping for yourself) is its quick results, simple application process, and gentle formulation that leaves skin feeling smooth and soft ahead of any on-camera moment. But how? It's formulated with potent and fast-acting ingredients that quickly exfoliate, nourish, and treat the skin's outermost layer without being too abrasive.
When it comes to the mask's ability to exfoliate the skin, the key ingredient is volcanic rock, which may already be in your bathroom in the form of a pumice stone. Because it comes from a combination of lava and water, it's rough on the outside but porous on the inside.
