Needless to say, your plan to make it through the holidays while maintaining your healthy habits has gone a bit off track.
To help you reset without stress, we tapped Heather Cox of Eat Real Food for a quickie detox smoothie recipe you can sip on all season long.
“This spicy goji berry smoothie is always a great way to kick start your metabolism, as it contains cayenne pepper and the anti-inflammatory spice, turmeric,” Cox explains.

Spicy Goji Smoothie
2 oranges, peeled1 pinch cayenne pepper1 cup coconut water1/4 cup fresh or frozen mango1 small handful goji berries1 pinch of turmeric
Throw everything into a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
