We are officially entering into the last month in our calendar year! Was this not the fastest year you’ve ever experienced? We are really beginning to see and feel, on much truer and deeper levels, how powerful we are and who we are in our fullest expression. Even as you read this now, feel into who you are in your truth. When you let yourself see who you really are, what reveals itself?

And let’s remember, until we allow ourselves to really receive in and see our greatness, others will not be able to fully see it, either.  If greater respect and honor is what you have been yearning to experience in relationships, and you’ve really wanted to be seen in all your depths, ask yourself if you have let yourself really see how magnificent, potent, and powerful you are and remember that it all begins within.

This month’s theme of forgiveness will bring massive energetic medicine to your life and the planet.

November brought us opportunities to grow in compassion, non-judgment, and unconditional love. Perhaps this opportunity came through a challenging human experience, but if you allowed yourself to keep your heart open and feel your way through all the layers, you most likely expanded your ability to be empathetic and compassionate to others.

December brings a few main pillars to work with, and the first is building upon compassion.  This month’s theme of forgiveness will bring massive energetic medicine to your life and the planet. In the Incan wisdom traditions, it is believed that the act of forgiveness is one of the most transformational, as it not only shifts your brain but shifts you spiritually as well. Forgiveness is a true act of alchemy since it is fully your choice to exercise love.

Other ways of loving are easier, but to forgive is a decision you consciously make in having love or compassion for a person or situation that may be very difficult. If you are looking to do something to really serve the planet this month, please heed this message to forgive. Sit in meditation and inwardly ask yourself, “Who can I offer more forgiveness and compassion to?” And then in the ways that feel right to you, offer that medicine up.

Advice for sailing into 2019

Another main theme this month is working with the element of air. Call upon the divine winds to guide you! See where the natural current of life wants to take you in December, see where you are leaning, getting pulled, what in your life seems to have a magnetizing effect on you? And also see if you allow yourself to be guided, or if you are pushing against the wind, making things much harder for yourself.

One way you may notice the wind working is by uniting you with a new soul family, light tribe, and teachers to further support your awakening path. Now that we are really understanding our power and our purpose, we are becoming more and more unified as a family of light—supporting, standing up for, and being there for each other more!

Consciously setting your emotional and physical boundaries and honoring what you need is imperative this month. Call upon armadillo medicine to provide its shield to you.

And with this amplifying of our light and power, the totem who revealed to support us this month is the dear armadillo. Many times, with further awakening of our gifts and amplifying of our light, greater rest is needed (don’t be surprised if you feel extra tired this month!). In a bit more sensitive, brighter state, it’s more important than ever to have healthy boundaries.

Consciously setting your emotional and physical boundaries and honoring what you need is imperative this month. Call upon armadillo medicine to provide its shield to you: Visualize the armadillo’s shell surrounding and protecting you when needed, and stay grounded. As you visualize its shell around you, feel anchored to Earth, allow in only the positive essences that are serving the new you, and demand the totem medicine shield deflect or transmute any boundary violations or negative energies.

Overall, this is a wonderful month. Remember to see where the wind currents guide you! And with this guidance, take note of what is now revealing in your life that feels most important.

This exercise will greatly empower you if you do it: As you witness the people, places, and projects that the wind is guiding you to, make a list of it all, then at the end of the month circle the four main aspects that feel the most you—the strongest, most anchored, and most in tune with your new paradigm. Have those four things be the pillars of your life that you water, tend to, put loving energy into, and bring to life the most. If you do this exercise, you will truly be peering into the crystal ball and beginning to witness the revelations of a most exciting year to come!
